Change of Order
For clients wishing to change their order for replacement items, please note that the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the client.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. All parts and products must be returned in new condition, including original packaging.
Important Information
If a parcel is not picked up by the client or if customs clearance is not completed, resulting in the parcel being returned, we will refund only the product cost. Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable under these circumstances.
